At the present moment the specialists of JSC "Russian Motors "Sila" have implemented the following works at the enterprises of various branches of industry:

Oil and gas industry:

  1. Design works of 23 technological sections.
  2. 98 Japan gas motors ABO were replaced by the local AB 225 M6.
  3. 35 non-synchronous motor control units were installed. 45 units are being
prepared now.
  4. Repair and modernization of the mobile generators SGS-14-100-6U2,
including replacement  of  brush excitation system at nonbrush thyristor
excitation systems, with appliance of the excitation systems control device
"SVAT".
  5. Repair of the motors BACO-16-14-24, BACO-2-37-24, more than 40 items.
  6. Repair of the electric motors up to 37 kW of explosionproof
construction.
  7. Repair of the transformers up to 630 kW - 5 items.
  8. Repair of the sinking pumps PEDV - 70 items.
  9. Reconstruction of control panels of MCC motors (Italy)
  10. Exercising the rights of exclusive representative and a service
center of ZEZ Silco S.r.o. (Czech Republic), we have delivered 1000 items of the
newest condensers 3x248,8 37,5 kvar, 400 V, with the ability of self-recovery
after disruption.
  11. The substitution works on changing the oil switches on the vacuum
ones have been done (more than 90 items), as well as modernization of
complete switch-gears of different types.
  12. Works on installation of the variable-frequency electric drives at 4
technological areas. Financing at 2005 is provided.

 Cement industry:

  1. Preproject works at 4 technological areas.
  2. Delivered 2 electric motors AKSZ 3150-6-500 UHL4 and 4SDEUM-15-39-6.
  3. Delivery, assembling and setup of the frequency converter
P4-TPP-500-6-50 UHL4.
  4. Modernization of 44 complete switch-gears (KRU), 10 (YAKNO).

 Other industries:

  1. Preproject works at more than 57 technological sectors.
  2. Repair of synchronous and non-synchronous motors with the power from 3 KV
up to 4 MV, including those done by mobile brigades.
  3. Repair of DC motors with the power from 3 KV up to 4 MV and more,
including those done by moving brigades.
  4. Repair of the transformers up to 4000 KV and more - 8 items.
  5. Energy audits (with recommendations on energy saving) - 18
  6. Designing, assembling and setup of Process Control Systems at 4 objects.
  7. Energy audit at 17 objects.
  8. Project works on frequency converter installation for electric motors
with the power up to 3200 kW at 4 objects.
More closely we started to buy frequency converters from the middle of 2003.
Till that time there was no strong strategy. The start figure was
Eur 19500.00, in March 2004 this figure reached Eur 45000.00. In April 2004
we supplied 2 converters with parameters: 1) 355 kW, 610 A, 400VAC and 2)
132 kW, 260 A.
